Who we are

Who we are

We are experts in brand and online content protection: thanks to our proprietary technology and our team of IT security experts, we protect the intellectual and industrial property of our customers

Born from the twenty-year experience of FPM (Federation against Musical and Multimedia Piracy) in the sector of the protection of intellectual and industrial property rights, DcP offers professional services with a high technological profile for the protection of copyright, trademark and personal rights.

Our pillars

FPM was founded in 1996 by IFPI (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry) and by FIMI (Federazione Industria Musicale Italiana) with the aim of protecting the intellectual property rights of its members and of making institutions aware of the risks and damages caused by the phenomenon. Over the years, FPM has collaborated with the Public Prosecutors and the Police Forces in thousands of criminal cases, represented rightsholders in institutions on all matters concerning intellectual property, promoted dozens of market researches, assisted its associates at 360° in the development of the transition to the digital market and protected the relative contents on the net.

As part of its mission and even before the economic result, DcP pays particular attention to the ethical, social and environmental aspects of its business.

To establish and maintain a relationship of trust between the Company and its collaborators, both internal (management, employees) and external (current and potential customers and suppliers, lenders and creditors, public institutions and the community), ethics assumes absolute importance as a means and value for directing behaviour of the corporate bodies, management, employees and external collaborators, beyond and beyond the company standard and procedures.
